I started this blanket because I wanted to use up all my scrap wool. It has taken me about 10 weeks to complete. I only crochet for about an hour a day. The border was a real challenge, I wanted to get it right so it complimented the wide variety of colours. I must have undone the border a dozen times until I was satisfied! Only to discover that at the very end I had run out of wool! I decided to continue in another colour rather than order another ball, as it reminded me that not everything is perfect.
